The Organization of Chinese-Americans in Central Virginia (OCA-CVC), a non-profit, 501(c)3, non-partisan advocacy group. The OCA is a national organization with 80 affiliated chapters across the United States. The Central Virginia chapter was founded in Richmond, Virginia in August 1978. Our chapter is run by an experienced and passionate group of board members and officers who have been active in the Chinese-American community for many years.

Is to advance the social, political, and economic well-being of Chinese-Americans and other Asian Pacific-Americans in the United States. We advocate for social justice, equal opportunity, and fair treatment. We promote civic participation, education, and leadership in the Asian-American community, while showcasing our rich cultural heritage through public events.
